Atos PFC series External Gear Pump:

The ATOS gear pump PFC-114 is a fixed-displacement external gear pump with axial hydraulic balance, simple structure and robustness for low noise levels of hydraulic oil or synthetic fluid with a maximum pressure of 260 bar.The external gear pump refers to a gear pump composed of an external gear. It mainly consists of a driving gear, a driven gear, a pump body, a pump cover and a safety valve. The sealed space formed by the pump body, the pump cover and the gears is the working chamber of the gear pump. The axles of the two gears are respectively mounted in bearing holes on the two pump covers, and the driving gear shaft extends out of the pump body and is rotated by the motor. External gear pump has simple structure, light weight, low cost, reliable operation and wide application range.

The internal meshing gear pump consists of a pair of intermeshing internal gears, crescent-shaped parts and pump housing. The function of the crescent is to separate the suction chamber from the discharge chamber. When the driving gear rotates, a local vacuum is formed in the place where the gear is separated and meshed, and the liquid is sucked into the pump to fill the teeth of the suction chamber, and then it enters the discharge chamber in two ways along the inside and outside sides of the crescent-shaped part. Where the gear teeth enter the mesh, the liquid existing between the teeth is squeezed and fed into the discharge pipe.
